The first of a new series of Download Bundles consists of 3 live MP3's and 29 minutes of video documentary created from interview, performance and 'behind the scenes' footage.

The band and crew discuss the rehearsal process and the art of debuting brand new songs.
Includes rehearsal footage of 'Sanctify Yourself' and 'Alive & Kicking' and segments from the bands shows at Werchter Classic & Edinburgh Castle in 2006.

We see clips of 'Ghost Dancing' from the Edinburgh Castle show and a full uninterrupted performance of 'Mandela Day' from the Werchter Classic Festival recorded on 8th July 2006.
